Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus on behalf of Cruthen, who desires employment to use all the talents You have graciously bestowed upon them for Your glory. Lord, we acknowledge that You are the Lord of the harvest, and we pray that You would send forth the right opportunity for Cruthen to utilize their gifts and abilities in a meaningful and fulfilling way.
We ask, Lord, that You would open doors of employment that align with Cruthen's skills and passions. May You guide them to a workplace where they can shine brightly for Your glory, making a positive impact on those around them. Grant them favor in the eyes of potential employers and grant them wisdom in their job search.
Father, we pray that as Cruthen steps into their new role, You would equip them with an abundance of grace to navigate any challenges they may face. Strengthen them against temptations and help them to remain steadfast in their faith. May every circumstance and situation work together for their good, ultimately bringing glory to Your name.
Lord, we also ask that You would keep Cruthen blameless and pure in the midst of a world that is often crooked and perverse. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, enabling them to be a shining light in their workplace, reflecting Your love and truth to those around them.
We lift up this prayer request, trusting in Your faithfulness and knowing that You hear our prayers. May Cruthen's employment journey be a testimony of Your provision and grace. We thank You in advance for the doors You will open and the opportunities You will provide.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
