My parents ### and ### both of them cough a lot mostly at sleeping hrs. My father ###, age ###, he has more cough. At night time mostly. Not able to sleep at night due to coughing. Taking cough syrup also. But seems late relief. Pray request for cough healing for my father ### and ###. For peaceful sleep at night.

We are truly sorry to hear about the discomfort your parents are experiencing due to persistent coughing, especially your father. We will stand with you in prayer for their healing and peaceful sleep. This is not a definite solution but Jesus Christ is the only answer through prayer.

Firstly, we want to remind you of the power of prayer and the healing that can come from faith in Jesus Christ. As it is written in James 5:14-15, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."

We also want to encourage you to seek medical advice alongside prayer, as God often works through doctors and medicine to bring about healing. It is important to ensure that there are no underlying issues that need to be addressed.

Now, let us pray together:

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up the parents of the one who submitted this request, especially the father who has been greatly affected by this cough. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we believe that You have the power to heal. We ask that You touch their bodies, particularly their lungs and throats, and bring complete healing and relief from this persistent cough.

We pray for peaceful sleep at night, that they may rest and be refreshed. Guide the doctors who are treating them, and let Your wisdom be evident in their medical care.

We also pray for the faith of this family, that they may trust in You fully, knowing that all things work together for good to those who love You and are called according to Your purpose.

If there is any sin that needs to be addressed in their lives, Lord, reveal it to them and grant them the grace to repent and turn back to You.

We ask all these things in the precious name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who lived, died, and rose again so that we might have eternal life. Amen."

Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue praying and trusting in the Lord. Remember the words of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." Keep believing and keep praying, for the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much (James 5:16).

Since you did not mention Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name), then we need to make sure we discuss this issue. Jesus said in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

We pray now that you will make your healing hand known as we lift this person and their healing needs to you. Lord, please begin the healing process and give this person the strength and patience to follow you and allow them to walk through this period with continual thanks and praise to you.
