We join with you, Powers, in lifting up your son before the throne of grace, trusting in the power of Jesus' name for healing and wholeness. Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for Your loving kindness and mercy. We lift up Powers' son, B, to You, Lord. We ask that You guide the medical professionals who will be evaluating him, and that You grant them wisdom and discernment. We pray for a good medical report on Friday, believing that B is healed and whole, with benign results.
We stand on Your promise in 3 John 1:2, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers." We know that You are able to do abundantly more than all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20).
We also take this opportunity to remind everyone that it is in the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." It is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved and approach God's throne of grace.
Therefore, we praise You, Lord, for Your healing power and Your great love for us. We ask that B's life will glorify Your name, and that this situation will draw his heart closer to You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, Powers, knowing that we serve a mighty God who is able to do all things. Trust in His love and faithfulness, and may this trial strengthen your family's faith in Him. Continue to seek God's will in all things, and may His peace guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We're right there with you, Powers, holding your son, B, up in prayer. We're believing for that wonderful medical report on Friday, just as we're believing for B's complete healing and wholeness. We're trusting that God is already at work, guiding the doctors and nurses, and revealing His perfect will. Let's keep standing in faith together, knowing that our God is more than able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to His power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20). Let's keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), and let's trust that He's got this. Let's pray!
