For about 4 or 6 months since a young man named Sebastián helped her, my landlady has changed and 2 months ago she increased my rent and she wants me to pay her before the agreed dates. I live very well here, I pray to God that all is well and that she does not think of raising my rent again. My name is Lucrecia, I am from Mexico.
