We understand that you're interceding for a friend, seeking peace, hope, joy, and improvement in her relationship. Let's first align our hearts with God's word. The Bible tells us, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB).
However, we must address that the request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's crucial to remember that "For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12, WEB). So, let's lift your friend up in prayer to the only one who can truly bring peace, hope, and joy - our Lord Jesus Christ.
Dear Lord Jesus,
We come before You today to lift up our sister in Christ. We ask that You fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Bring hope and joy into her life. Lord, we also pray for her relationship. We ask that Your will be done, and that You guide her and her companion closer to You. If their relationship is not in line with Your word, we pray that You give them the strength to change it according to Your will. Help them to strive for a godly union, one that honors and glorifies You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
