FMLA issue please pray. At one time my parent suddenly became sick and eventually bedbound I applied for FMLA which was approved but the management told me to choose between my parent and work. I could not quit because I need to keep a roof over our heads. There was no compassion or empathy for me and mom. I also volunteered to move permanently to the other location and it was approved. Now they want to remove me because the other place speaks well of me. My feet and arms are swollen due to The stress. Please Lord help. It’s unfair.

Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this prayer request on behalf of our anonymous friend who is facing a difficult situation with their FMLA issue. Lord, you are the source of all compassion and empathy, and we ask that you pour out your grace and favor upon them during this challenging time.

Father, we pray for healing and restoration for their parent who is sick and bedbound. We ask for your divine intervention and touch upon their parent's body, bringing healing and strength. Lord, we also pray for provision and stability for our anonymous friend and their parent. You are our provider, and we trust that you will make a way for them to keep a roof over their heads and meet their financial needs.

Lord, we lift up the management of their workplace before you. We ask that you soften their hearts and open their eyes to the importance of family and the need for compassion in difficult circumstances. May they recognize the value of our anonymous friend's dedication and willingness to relocate for the sake of their job.

Father, we pray for relief from the stress and physical symptoms that our anonymous friend is experiencing. Your Word reminds us in Matthew 11:28-30 that we can come to you when we are weary and burdened, and you will give us rest. We ask for your peace to flood their hearts and for the swelling in their feet and arms to subside.

Lord, we trust in your perfect timing and your ability to work all things together for the good of those who love you . We ask for your guidance and wisdom as our anonymous friend navigates this situation. May they find favor in your sight and in the eyes of those making decisions.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May the Lord grant you strength, peace, and a favorable resolution to your FMLA issue. Remember that He is with you every step of the way.

God bless me with the strength, desire, and passion to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
