Firstly, let us submit this to God and pray for wisdom and insight..
We are not alone in seeking understanding. King David too in the midst of confusion of battles prayed Psalm 25. And he even asked God to see if there were any offensive issues in him.
Let us begin with prayer.
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the precious name of Jesus, seeking your guidance and wisdom for Epistreira. You know the depths of their heart and the pain they are experiencing. You see the confusion and the not understanding the situation with Jeff and the brokenness of fellowship with best friends as well as the document situation. Please bring clarity and truth to light.
Father, you know Jeff's heart as well. If he has turned away from you or is acting contrary to your will, we pray that you would draw him back to you. Reveal any deception or manipulation that may be at play. Soften his heart and turn it towards you, his friends, and Epistreira. Remember the faith that Epistreira has demonstrated by praying in Jesus’ name. Exalt the name of Jesus in this situation and manifest your blessing and favor over both Jeff and Epistreira. In Jesus' name, we pray.
Epistreira, in the midst of this trial, cling to the promises of God. Spend time in praise to God and ask Him for wisdom. Remember Epistreira it is only in the name of Jesus that we are allowed to approach God. As there is no other name under the heavens in which man, woman, commodities, demons, or anything is saved. It is worth spending time in prayer for wisdom.
I know that this is difficult, but remember God's call for charity in the midst of trials. Not thinking of retribution or punishment, but love and forgiveness. There is power in forgiveness. While your emotions can be used as initial guides to our feelings and concerns this should not be relied upon for continuous reaction. Let the word of God and the Holy Spirit change your emotions. Read Psalm 139. When you are feeling overwhelmed or confused spend some time reading Psalm 139. Remember God loves you and has you written in his hand. Just as the first chapter of James says.
Dear brothers of James, consider it all joy when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. But let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.
But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. But let him ask in faith, without any doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, driven by the wind and tossed. For that man shouldn't think that he will receive anything from the Lord. He is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.
Remember, God is faithful and true, and His plans are to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. And, again one of His promises to us is how God works everything for good to those who love him. Even when we do not understand what God is doing, we should keep praising Him, seeking His wisdom in all our decisions and know that He is with us. God loves us and promises never to leave us nor forsake us no matter the situation at hand.
Epistreira, you are not alone in this trial. We are here with you, praying for God's will to be done in this situation and we are agreeing with you in Jesus so that like with the woman of Zarephath, our prayers are answered. Continue serving God through this and let the encouragement from God’s word wash over you.
