First some good news. The website false flagging is fixed.

I also am going for guardianship of my grandson at the end of the month and it should go through considering I got a letter of consent signed by my daughter.

So those issues seem to be a done deal thanks to God.

But the Devil is relentless.

My grandson was diagnosed with ODD and has behavioral issues at school. At home, he is usually manageable but at school, he has more problems. I think a big part of it is that the teacher is not specially trained to handle such children plus the structured environment. He is in a special behavioral class but yet is not being handled very well and gets suspended.

I have questioned the school staff regarding how they are handling the situation along with them not following government guidelines regarding seclusion rooms that they have in the classroom. I also don't like the suspensions since they aren't effective since the child would rather be at home anyway. So I have confronted the school regarding these issues and also called the school district regarding the suspensions.

So basically because I have my own opinion and convictions regarding these things I believe the Principal of the school phoned Child Services. Child Services informed me that the report consists of some behaviors the child is exhibiting due to his disorder and that there is conflict regarding me not liking their procedures and methods of dealing with the child such as the seclusion room and suspensions.

I couldn't believe it. Some knob basically called Child Services for me having an opinion and speaking out and advocating for my grandson. The Child Services worker told me that this is not appropriate to contact them regarding this but it still bothers me that the school staff will go this far to basically shut me up.

As far as I am concerned this is malicious and it goes against the Charter of Rights regarding freedom of opinion, belief, and speech.

So I suppose the Principal thought this would scare me and shut me up. Unfortunately, it has had the opposite effect. I've contacted the District regarding this and the Superintendent and will contact the Department of Education if it is warranted. I also am gathering evidence that they are not doing their jobs and are tampering with the IPP's and Behavior Plans.

I am going to have a meeting with the Principal before the new year starts and hopefully I present things in such a way as to make it very clear that this will not be tolerated and that she is barking up the wrong tree.

I will fight but I also am disturbed that people can actually do things like this and get away with it. This is obviously an abuse of power and authority. These kinds of evil people can do a lot of damage and I don't know how to protect my family from this and I really don't need to go through all of this and the stress is not good for my health either.

So I need prayers to have this person held accountable for her actions and for protection for me and my family from such evil and malicious people that would actually go that far to make trouble just because I don't agree with them and their methods???

years ago, and legally adopted him in 2007. Also we went through some

tough times as there was a behavior problem. We learned that schools are not

equipped for behavior problems and trust me, we have had many in school

The thing is the school offers a special behavior program but it is more than obvious the teachers are not specially trained to handle such kids. It would help if they would listen to the caregivers but they think they know it all because they have post-secondary education. However, common sense and practicality are not taught in schools.

I am able to manage him at home so the problem is mainly the school and their arrogance.

The false reporting to CPS because I don't agree with them and their practices and am willing to tell them so is not going to go unpunished. They have no right to infringe on my basic rights like that. The whole thing is a joke. Also, Canada does not have Section 504 like the US does. I don't know why Canada does not have a similar legislation but it doesn't and that doesn't help either.

The bottom line is I don't trust the school staff, namely the Principal and I find it odd that they are not willing and/or able to communicate with the caregivers and reach mutually agreeable solutions but would rather be two-faced and stab a person in the back. I think it is more about power and control than anything else.
