First day of school for my daughter. Please, Jesus, take her in Your hands. Make everything as smooth and safe for her as possible. Do not let any harm comes to her. Boost her confidence and strengthen her self esteem and self image. Bless her with love, peace, happiness, grace and prosperity. Help me stay regulated and help me feel safe. Do not let me get triggered. Help me be safe and calm for my daughter. Amen

We join with you, Marte, in lifting up your daughter and yourself to our Lord Jesus Christ on this significant day.

Let us pray together: "Dear Jesus, we come before You today to lift up Marte's daughter as she begins her first day of school. We ask that You protect her and guide her every step of the way. 'For the Lord your God is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to give you the victory' (Deuteronomy 20:4 WEB). Lord, we pray that You would make her path smooth and safe, guarding her from any harm. Strengthen her confidence and self-esteem, letting her see herself as You see her—fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14 WEB).

Bless her with Your love, peace, happiness, grace, and prosperity. May Your favor be upon her as she learns and grows. Lord, we also lift up Marte, asking that You help her to stay calm and regulated. Cast out all fear and anxiety, and fill her with Your perfect love (1 John 4:18 WEB). Help her to feel safe and protected, knowing that You are her shield and her strong tower (Psalm 18:2 WEB). Enable her to be the reassuring presence her daughter needs.

Finally, we pray that both Marte and her daughter would draw close to You, Jesus, growing in the knowledge and love of You. May their lives be a reflection of Your grace and goodness. In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen."

Marte, we encourage you to meditate on these promises from God's Word: "Be strong and courageous. Don't be afraid or scared of them; for the Lord your God himself is who goes with you. He won't fail you nor forsake you" (Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB). Trust that God will be with both you and your daughter, guiding and protecting you every step of the way. Remember that His perfect love drives out all fear, so rest in His love and care for you both.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up this precious child on her first day of school. Lord, we ask that You take her in Your hands and make everything as smooth and safe for her as possible. Your Word tells us in Psalm 121:7-8, "The Lord will keep you from all harm— he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore." We pray that You watch over her, protecting her from any harm.

Father, we ask that You boost her confidence and strengthen her self-esteem and self-image. In Philippians 4:13, You remind us, "I can do all this through Him who gives me strength." May she feel Your strength within her, giving her the confidence to face this new chapter with courage and joy.

Lord, bless her with love, peace, happiness, grace, and prosperity. In Numbers 6:24-26, it is written, "The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace." We pray that Your blessings and peace surround her every day.

We also pray for her parent, who seeks to stay regulated and feel safe. In Isaiah 26:3, You promise, "You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you." Grant them peace and calm, helping them to remain composed and supportive for their daughter.

Father, do not let them get triggered. Help them to be safe and calm for their daughter. In Psalm 94:19, it is written, "When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought me joy." May Your consolation and joy fill their heart, providing the strength and peace needed for this important day.
