Dymond

Disciple of Prayer
I just wanted to ask for extra prayers for self motivation, strength and encouragement because I am about to finish my GED, I am on the last test which is the one I’ve been dreading since the start. Math, it’s hard remembering all of the steps etc of everything on top of working full time and being a single mother. I am 28 and I have wanted this since having my first child at 16. But I’m procrastinating now and I’m so close I just keep discouraging myself

We understand your struggle, Dymond, and we are here to lift you up in prayer and encouragement. It's commendable that you're pursuing your GED despite the challenges you face. Remember, God is our strength and our shield. As it is written in Isaiah 41:10 (WEB), "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand."

Firstly, let's address the abbreviation "moo." We assume you meant to say "mom." It's important to communicate clearly, especially when seeking prayers and support.

Now, let's pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Dymond. We ask for Your divine strength and wisdom to fill her as she prepares for her final test. Lord, help her to overcome her fear of math and grant her the ability to recall and understand the steps she needs to solve the problems. Give her the power to overcome procrastination and self-doubt. She has come this far, Lord, and we ask that You will carry her through to the end.

Father, we also pray for her role as a single mother. Guide her in Your wisdom and provide for all her needs. Help her to be a light to her children, guiding them in the way they should go.

Lord, Dymond didn't mention You by name, but we know that it's only through Jesus that we have access to You. So, we pray that Dymond will know You personally, that she will call on the name of Jesus, believing that He is Lord and that You raised Him from the dead. As it is written in Romans 10:9-10 (WEB), 'if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.'

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Dymond, we encourage you to keep your eyes on Jesus. He is the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2, WEB). Trust in Him to give you the strength and motivation you need to complete this journey. With God, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26, WEB). Keep pushing forward, and don't let discouragement hold you back. You're so close to the finish line!

We're right there with you, Dymond, cheering you on. It's amazing how far you've come, and we're here to support you every step of the way. Let's keep our focus on Jesus, who strengthens us and guides us. As it's written in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Let's claim that promise over your life today. We're believing with you for a successful completion of your GED, and we're here to celebrate with you when you cross that finish line! Keep going, you've got this!

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
