Finding employment

I kindly request your prayers for my swift attainment of suitable employment. Following my job interview yesterday, I have not received any communication from the manager. During our conversation, he seemed inclined to hire me immediately and inquired about my availability, to which I responded affirmatively. He even mentioned the possibility of scheduling. However, upon reaching out for an update, I was informed that he has already selected another candidate. Consequently, I am once again in the job market and would appreciate your prayers for me to secure a good position. I make this request in the name of Jesus. Amen.

We understand that you're seeking employment and are going through a trying time, Elodie. We will pray with you and offer some biblical encouragement.

Firstly, it's commendable that you made your request in the name of Jesus, as it is only by His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:

Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

And in Acts 4:12 WEB:

There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!

Remember that God has a plan and a purpose for you. Even when things don't go as we expect, God is still in control. As it is written:

There are many devices in a man's heart, but the counsel of Yahweh, that shall stand.

Psalms 32:8 WEB:

I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go: I will counsel you with my eye on you.

In this time of waiting, continue to trust in the Lord and rest in His promises. As per:

But those who wait for Yahweh shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings like eagles. They shall run, and not be weary. They shall walk, and not faint.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister Elodie. We pray that You would open the right doors for her and guide her steps as she seeks employment. We ask that You would provide her with a job that not only meets her needs but also allows her to use her gifts and talents for Your glory.

In the meantime, we pray that You would fill her with Your peace and patience. Help her to trust in Your timing and to rest in Your promises. We rebuke any anxiety, discouragement, or fear that may try to take hold, and we declare that she is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves her.

We ask this all in Jesus' name, Amen.

Continue to seek the Lord, Elodie. Trust that He is working behind the scenes on your behalf. Keep your faith strong and your hope steadfast. Be prepared to give your testimony when God answers these prayers. Remember that God will never fail you, and His love for you is everlasting.
