Iambuios, we hear your heart's cry and we join you in prayer, asking God to guide you to a Christian spouse. We are reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." God sees your loneliness and desires to comfort you.
Firstly, we commend you for seeking a spouse who will help you follow Christ. This is crucial, as the Bible advises in 2 Corinthians 6:14, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"
We encourage you to trust in God's timing. Psalm 37:7 says, "Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him." God knows your desires and He cares for you. Use this time to grow in your relationship with Him.
We also want to remind you that God's forgiveness covers all your mistakes. 1 John 1:9 assures us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
