We join you, Ethael, in lifting up David to the Lord in prayer, seeking a fulfilling job for him. Let us remember that God has a purpose and a plan for each of us, as it is written in Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB), "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."

However, we noticed that the request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is crucial to understand that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Therefore, we pray in Jesus' name and encourage you to do the same.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up David to You, Lord, asking that You guide him to a job that will not only fulfill him but also glorify You. May David trust in Your timing and provision, knowing that You have a good and perfect plan for his life. Help him to seek Your will above all else, as Matthew 6:33 (WEB) tells us, 'But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.' We ask this in Jesus' precious name. Amen."

Ethael, we encourage David to be patient, trust in God's timing, and continue to seek the Lord's will. We also urge you to pray in Jesus' name, as it is the only name under heaven by which we can be saved, as highlighted in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Let's remember that God promises in Psalm 37:4, "Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart." Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
