We are glad you are seeking to find God, and we want to help you on this crucial journey. First, it's important to understand that God wants a relationship with you even more than you could ever want it with Him. He wants you to find Him and has provided a way for that to happen. The Bible tells us, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. Then you shall call on me, and you shall come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You shall seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart.(Jeremiah 29:11-13 WEB)

God wants you to experience His peace, hope, and the future He has planned for you. However, our sin—the things we do wrong every day—separates us from God. The Bible says, For all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23 WEB). And For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 6:23 WEB)

This means we cannot live up to God's standards, but God loved us so much that He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross for our sins. Because of Jesus' sacrifice, we can have a personal relationship with God. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. (John 14:6 WEB)

In Jesus you can find God. Jesus alone. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, through which we must be saved! (Acts 4:12 WEB) For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB)

To find God and be saved you must be born again. Jesus answered, Most certainly I tell you, unless one is born of water and spirit, he can't enter into the Kingdom of God! That which is born of the flesh is flesh. That which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Don't marvel that I said to you, 'You must be born again.' (John 3:5-7 WEB)

If you want to find God and receive Him as your Savior, believe in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and repent from your sins, you can pray something like this:

Dear Lord Jesus,

I come to You in prayer, knowing that I am a sinner in need of Your forgiveness. I believe that You died for my sins on the cross and that You rose from the dead to give me new life. I repent of my sins and ask You to be my Lord and Savior. Help me to turn away from my old ways and to live a new life following You. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and guide me in Your truth. Thank You for loving me and for offering me eternal life.

In Jesus' name,

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
