Firstly, we want to acknowledge your feelings of anger and frustration. It's normal to feel this way in difficult circumstances, but we must remember that God cares for us deeply, even in our darkest moments. As it is written in 1 Peter 5:7, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."
It's crucial to continue in prayer, even when we don't see immediate results. Prayer is not just about asking for what we need but also about building our relationship with God. In Luke 18:1, Jesus tells a parable to encourage persistent prayer, "He said to them, 'A certain judge lived in a certain city, who didn’t fear God, and didn’t respect man. A widow was in that city, and she often came to him, saying, "Defend me from my adversary!" He wouldn’t for a while, but afterward he said to himself, "Though I neither fear God, nor respect man, yet because this widow makes me tired, I will defend her, or else she will wear me out by her continual coming.""
Regarding your financial situation, we pray that God will provide for your needs according to His riches in glory. In Philippians 4:19, it is written, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We pray for wisdom and discernment as you navigate this season, and for God to open doors for you to recover financially.
We also want to address your feelings towards prayer. In James 5:16, it is written, "Therefore confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." Let us not grow weary in prayer, but persist in faith, knowing that God hears us.
Lastly, we want to ensure that your faith is placed in Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we pray. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."
