We are truly sorry to hear about the financial struggles you're facing due to your husband's work injury. We will stand with you in prayer and offer some biblical encouragement. Firstly, it's important to remember that God is our provider and that we should trust in Him. As it says in Philippians 4:19 (WEB), "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
Let's also remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:25-34 (WEB), where He tells us not to worry about what we will eat or drink or wear. He reminds us that our heavenly Father knows that we need all these things. Instead, we should seek first God's Kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to us as well.
Now, let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our sister and her husband. Lord, You know their struggles, their pains, and their needs. You are the great provider, and we trust that You will supply all their needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
Father, we ask for Your divine intervention in their financial situation. We pray that the work compensation case will be resolved quickly and fairly. We ask that You would move in the hearts of those involved, that they may do what is right and just.
We also pray for provision for their immediate needs. Lord, we ask that You would provide for their electric bill and the repairs needed for their car. We know that You are able and willing to provide for Your children.
Moreover, Father, we pray for peace and assurance for our sister. May she feel Your presence and know that You are always with her, even in the midst of these trials. May she find strength and comfort in Your promises.
Lastly, Father, we pray for a speedy and complete recovery for her husband. May he be able to return to work soon, and may this time of trial draw them both closer to You.
We ask all these things in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus The Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to the Father, as it is written: "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus". (1 Timothy 2:5). It is also only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved, as it is written: "Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!” (Acts 4:12).
Amen.
Lastly, we want to leave you with these words from Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working in your situation for your good. Keep holding on to your faith and trust in Him.
