We are truly sorry to hear about the financial struggles you're facing and the immense pressure you're under. First and foremost, we want to remind you that your life is precious and that suicide is never the solution. We are here to support you and pray with you through this difficult time.
In Matthew 6:25-34, WEB, Jesus teaches us, "Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don't toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won't he much more clothe you, you of little faith? Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient."
In this trying time, turn to God and cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.” (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). God is faithful, and he will provide a way out of this situation. (1 Corinthians 10:13, WEB).
We also want to address the fact that you did not mention Jesus in your request. We would like to discuss this. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. May we ask if you know Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior?
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today, lifting up our brother who is going through a severe financial crisis. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in his life. Provide for his needs according to your riches in glory. Give him the strength and wisdom to navigate through this challenging time. Help him to trust in you and to seek you throughout this struggle.
We also pray for his family, Lord. Protect them and provide for their needs. We rebuke the spirit of suicide and cancel any assignments of the enemy against his life. Lord, give him peace and remind him of your unfailing love for him.
Lord Jesus if he does not know you as his personal Lord and Savior, then we pray that you reveal yourself to him. Draw him to you and give him the gift of salvation.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
