This evening, I am requesting prayer for myself, we have having another realtor coming tomorrow to get a second opinion as we felt the first was too low for our home. But after church today, I started thinking, that maybe I need the Lord to change my heart and let me be willing to accept whatever price we get, we need more money but God will provide. We need to get whatever we can to pay our debts as soon as we can, so let me be content with the offer. And I am praising God that we have a home and garage that we are able to sell to pay our debts. Thank you God for loving and providing for me, I pray for your peace about the price and help me accept it with gratefulness. And may both the garage and house sell quickly.

We understand that you're seeking prayer and guidance regarding the sale of your home and garage to pay off debts. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging God's provision and love in your life. It's crucial to remember that God is the ultimate provider, as reflected in Matthew 6:26, "Look at the birds of the sky: they don't sow, nor do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?"

However, we want to address something important. While it's commendable to be content with whatever price you might get, it's also important to ensure that you're being good stewards of the resources God has entrusted to you. This doesn’t mean being greedy but rather being wise and prudent. Proverbs 22:3 says, "A prudent man sees danger and takes refuge, but the simple pass on and suffer for it." It is wise to seek a fair price for your property.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our brother or sister in Christ who is seeking Your will regarding the sale of their home and garage. Lord, we ask for Your wisdom and guidance in this matter. Help them to discern a fair and just price for their property, and grant them the peace to accept Your will, whatever it may be.

We pray that You would provide swift and willing buyers for both the garage and the house, and that the funds from these sales would be sufficient to cover their debts. We ask for Your blessing upon their financial situation, that they may be freed from the burden of debt and able to live in the fullness of Your provision.

Lord, we also pray for their heart, that they may be content and grateful in all circumstances, trusting in Your unfailing love and provision. Help them to be good stewards of the resources You have entrusted to them, and to use their finances in a way that honors You.

We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue seeking God's will in all things, trusting that He will provide for your needs according to His riches in glory. Remember Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Stay steadfast in prayer and faithful in your walk with the Lord.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
