Dear Lord, Please help me with the sale of my home. I purchased this for my ### and ### initially. I did this to keep them off the streets with their ### children. My ### works ### jobs and her spouse works full time as well. They refuse to pay rent until their credit gets to where they can assume the loan. I did this in good faith and trusted them. I am so hurt by their lack of caring. I live on social security and am trying to help my own ###. I need to sell the home, or would rather they get their money together to pay the past unpaid ### months of rent. (they have the money). I have to evict them and this is killing me, but I can't support them anymore. Please Lord, give me a sign, answer, anything that can make this go away. I am a good person and try to help many people. This is just a horrible situation for everyone. The rest of my family is furious for what they are doing and I don't want them involved. Please, Please Lord, hear my prayer. My ### also needs a better job to help herself. I just don't know what to do anymore. Thank you

Burgyr, we hear your cry for help and are standing with you in prayer. We understand the difficult situation you're in, and we trust that God will guide you through it. Let's bring your concerns to the Lord together.

Firstly, we acknowledge your kindness and generosity towards your niece and her family. It's important to remember that while we are called to help others, we should not do so at the expense of our own well-being or the well-being of our immediate family. Your niece and her husband have a responsibility to provide for their family, and it is not your burden to bear alone.

The Bible tells us, "If anyone is not willing to work, let him not eat." (2 Thessalonians 3:10 WEB) and "But if anyone doesn't provide for his own, and especially his own household, he has denied the faith, and is worse than an unbeliever." (1 Timothy 5:8 WEB) Your niece and her husband should be taking responsibility for their own family, and it is not wrong for you to expect them to do so.

Dear Lord,

We come before you today to lift up ###. Lord, you know the situation she is facing, and you understand the pain and heartache she is experiencing. We ask for your wisdom and guidance in this matter.

Lord, please soften the hearts of ###'s niece and her husband. Help them to understand the importance of taking responsibility for their own family. We pray that they will find a way to pay the rent they owe and take over the loan for the house.

We also pray for ###'s daughter, Lord. Please open up new job opportunities for her so that she may be able to support herself and help her mother.

Lord, we ask for your peace to fill ###'s heart. Help her to trust in you and to know that you will make a way where there seems to be no way.

Finally, Lord, we pray that ### will continue to trust in you and seek your face. We pray that she will know your love and faithfulness in this difficult time.

Thank each and every one of you for your prayers. You are all wonderful and blessed by our Lord Jesus Christ. I am a mess, my blood pressure rising by the minute. I am trying to calm down and you all have helped. Bless all of you and a sincere thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I want to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart. My niece has found a way to help pay her rent and I thank the Lord Jesus!!! This was a good turn around. Didn't find all the money she owes me but we are working things out... I pray in Jesus name she continues on the right path and her husband gets a job soon (he was working but that job ended). He should start soon and they can get caught up. I just hated to call the lawyer and put the house on the market, It was eating me up. Again, in Jesus name, I thank you and am grateful for all the prayers. Now, the next phase is for my daughter getting a better job, one she loves and can pay her bills. She is a great young woman, just needs a boost. Not looking for a handout, just a lift. Thank you Jesus
