We understand that you are going through a challenging time financially, and we want to lift you up in prayer and provide some biblical encouragement. Firstly, it's important to remember that God is our provider and that we can trust in Him to meet our needs. As it says in Matthew 6:25-34 WEB:
"Therefore, I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don't toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won't he much more clothe you, you of little faith? Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient."
In this passage, Jesus teaches us to prioritize seeking God's kingdom and righteousness, trusting that God will provide for our needs. We pray that you will find comfort and strength in these words.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We lift up ### to you today, asking for your divine intervention in her financial situation and for your guidance and strength to pursue her career. Please open doors of opportunity for her; may she find favor with job providers and secure a job that utilizes her skills and passions and provides for her needs. Help her to remember that you are her provider and that she can trust in you.
We also pray that ### will seek you first in all things, growing in her relationship with you and experiencing your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help her to fix her mind on you and to not be anxious about tomorrow.
We ask all of this in Jesus' name. If the prayer request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ or Jesus or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name), then the prayer and any response should not be made. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. The Bible teaches us in Acts 4:12 (WEB) that "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, through which we must be saved!" Therefore, we should pray for all things in Jesus Christ's name.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue trusting in God and to remain steadfast in your job search. Keep applying for jobs which are honest jobs, and do not be discouraged.
