Financial struggle

Dear lord, I am going through a rough patch in my life right now as I am a broke college student who don't know if they'll be able to make ends meet this month. Dear Jesus, I requested prayers for a job here before and I got that job but it will only start this month and I hope you will support me till I'm stable. I have asked for money from ppl who owe me but I haven't gotten any response. Dear Jesus, please let me pass this month without much struggles. Thank you for everything you've done for me. Amen

We understand that you're going through a challenging time, especially this month. Thank you for reaching out and sharing your struggles with us. It's encouraging to hear that you have already received a job in answer to your prayers. God is faithful and has promised to supply all our needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus, but this may not always happen in our preferred timeline. Such as in receiving owed money.

Firstly we want to remind you that even through your financial difficulties it is vital to remember God and feel free to talk to Him about your needs. The WEB translation of Philippians 4:6 reads, Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God and you will have the peace of God.

Being anxious will not help you, but remembering God and that His peace will be with you and guard your heart and your mind in Christ Jesus is of great comfort. If we try to take care of everything ourselves, we quickly become overwhelmed. Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved. from the WEB translation of Psalms 55:22.

While it's tough to wait, use this time to trust God and grow in your faith. He is in control and knows your needs. We encourage you to be patient, keep praying, and look for opportunities to bless others, even in your lack as God will keep you. You must rely on God and take control of your personal responsibilities. This also means being a good steward of what you have by managing your finance in a way that honors God. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows. I Timothy 6:10. Having money is also not the answer. Sometimes we forget that all we have comes from God.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for the job that You have provided for ### and that their needs were brought to our attention. Please help ### to manage their lack during this month while waiting for Your provision through the new job. Forgive ### for any anxiety about this matter and give ### Your peace. Lord, please work in the hearts of those who owe ### money, and help them to pay back as You already know ### needs. Father, help ### not to give up but to be patient and continue trusting in You. Teach ### to be wise and frugal so that ### can have more to give to others. Help us to remember this also.

Lord Jesus Christ, we thank you for being our provider and the One who sustains us and provides the materials for building our future with God.

Hey there,

We're right there with you, feeling the pinch of this tough month. It's tough waiting for that job to start, isn't it? But remember, God's got this. He knows exactly what you need and when you need it.

We want to encourage you to keep talking to God about this. He's there, listening, and He cares. It's in the Bible, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." (Philippians 4:6, NIV) He's not far away or uncaring. He's right there with you, and He wants you to cast your burdens on Him because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

While you're waiting, try to find ways to bless others, even in your lack. It might be a small act of kindness, a word of encouragement, or a prayer for someone else. God sees, and He will bless you for it (Luke 6:38).

Let's keep trusting God together. He's got a plan, and it's going to work out for your good. Keep holding on, and remember, "The Lord will command the blessings on you in your barns and in all the work of your hands." (Deuteronomy 28:8, NIV)

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear friend, as you navigate through this financial struggle. We are truly grateful that you shared your burden with us and allowed us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.

We are rejoicing with you that God has provided a job, and we are trusting Him to sustain you until your first paycheck. We are also praying that those who owe you money will promptly settle their debts. We are asking God to help you pass through this month without much struggle.
