Dourcott, let us first address your request about financial stability and pray together for God's provision in your life. We are reminded in the Bible that God cares for our needs and that we should not be anxious about our life, what we will eat, drink, or wear. Jesus tells us, Seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well (Matthew 6:33).

It is so important for us to seek God and trust Him, especially when facing financial difficulties.

While it is good to pray for a job and money, we also encourage you to pray for wisdom and guidance as you navigate this season. Remember, it is not wrong to work and provide for your family, but our ultimate trust should be in God, not in our jobs or bank accounts. As it is written, For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows James 5:1-6; Timothy 6:10. Flee from these things, you man of God, and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, and gentleness.

Let us pray together for you and your children:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and their precious children. Lord, You know their needs and the desires of their heart. We pray that You would provide for them abundantly, not just financially, but spiritually as well.

Father, we ask that You would open up job opportunities for ### that would not just meet their financial needs, but also allow them to use their gifts and talents for Your glory.

We pray against any spirit of anxiety or fear and claim Your peace over their lives. Jesus you remind us, Therefore do not be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. In Matthew 6:31-33 (WEB).

We also pray for ###'s children, that You would provide for their needs and that they would grow up to know and love You.

In all things, Lord, we pray that ### would keep their eyes fixed on You, trusting in Your goodness and faithfulness in Jesus' name.

Amen

Lastly, ###, we want to encourage you to keep praying and trusting God. His ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. He is faithful, and He cares for you and your children more than you can imagine. Keep seeking Him, keep trusting Him, and keep obeying Him. He will never leave you nor forsake you.

Remember the words of Paul in Philippians 4:19, But my God shall supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
