We are sorry to hear about the frustrating situation you are facing with this company. Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of our lives, including such circumstances. It is important to approach this situation with wisdom and grace, as instructed in the scriptures.
"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB
For a moment though, let's remember that this is not the most important thing. If you have not mentioned the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name), then we may need to put that as a more important priority. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6
Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. "there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 WEB.
In dealing with this company, you should first try to communicate directly with them, expressing your concerns clearly and firmly. It is also wise to seek the counsel of others, as there is wisdom in a multitude of counselors.
"Without consultation, plans are frustrated, but with many counselors they succeed." Proverbs 15:22 WEB
As Jesus told us, "be wise as serpents and harmless as doves," we encourage you to document all communications and keep records of your transactions. If the company continues to be unresponsive, you may need to take further steps, such as reporting them to the appropriate consumer protection agencies. We advise doing so with a heart that seeks justice rather than revenge.

Dear Heavenly Father in Jesus Name,
We come before you, lifting up this situation that is causing frustration and exhaustion. We ask for your wisdom and guidance in resolving this matter. Help us to communicate effectively and to seek justice with grace. We trust that you are in control of every situation, and we ask for your peace to fill our hearts as we navigate this challenge such as this can only be found through Jesus!
Lord in your word, "you keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you." Isaiah 26:3 WEB. Please make this a reality for our friend through Jesus.
Remind us also, Lord, that your word tells us, "Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.
So we pray for this to be our true experience, instead of frustration and exhaustion.

We're right there with you, standing in the gap. It's tough when we feel wronged, but remember, God is always in control. Let's keep trusting Him, even in the face of this frustration. Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
