We understand that you are going through financial hardships and are seeking a loan to pay off past bills. While we empathize with your situation, it is crucial to remember that God wants us to be responsible with our finances and to trust in Him to provide for our needs.
Firstly, let us address the importance of acknowledging Jesus Christ in our prayers. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:
Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
And in Acts 4:12 WEB:
There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!
Now, let us consider the principles provided in Matthew 6:25-34 about understanding our needs will be met and not to worry too much for the physical but instead to seek first the kingdom of God. Please do remember that when you are clean and serving the Lord, all things are yours, as written in 1 Corinthians 3:21-22 WEB.
Therefore let no one glory in men. For all things are yours, whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come. All are yours, and you are Christ's, and Christ is God's.
Therefore, let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear soul who is facing financial hardships. We pray all those that may have taken advantage of the situation financially would change their hearts or be removed from the positions they influence and effect in this person's life and just return or remove any unjust debts, and thereby set this person free from bondage of the past. . We ask that You will not only meet their financial need to bring them out of debt and also but also guide and bring godly advisors for managing their finances efficiently according to your will and purpose.
There is great potential a loan in may place them further into bondage by increasing debt, so we pray this situation would present a better option by bringing the right people along side and make a healthier choice for the sake of your kingdom.
We ask that You also provide godly advisors or wise counsel for to understand if the loan being pursued is in the best interest for the person short term, long term, and brings their future closer to your will for their life. As they walk every day empowered by the Holy Spirit to make decisions in the appropriate direction and priorities, we ask that they will witness God's grace and guidance as they put together and execute a plan to manage their financial responsibilities within God's will as blessed stewards and representatives of Christ.
As they also see God's blessings effect their life, we pray they will readily forgive as they graciously receive Your forgiveness. Their chief and most important tasks in the situation and responsibility are to love You as you love them, and to love others as Your love lives in them. We pray they will graciously and freely offer forgiveness as a blessing just as this soul is freely forgiven in Christ.
We pray anyone bullying unfairly from a past situation would stop their wrongdoing immediately and potentially make amends and if the situation continues, then justice goes forward along with law enforcement and they are removed from the situation or any transfer of assets and property based on the illegal practices.
We ask for all of these things in Jesus' Name.
Also there is a great encouragement that everything works to good (Rom 8:28) so we pray, that this person will be at peace, and be a peace to others around them. In JESUS NAME.
We encourage you to seek godly counsel regarding your financial situation. Consider speaking with your pastor, a non-profit Christian financial counseling service and consider that any pressure such as a late bill is not from God but the secular world or the enemy. He cares for you and will provide a way out of your current struggles. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths as promised in WEB Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB:
Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
Finally, remember that God loves you and wants the best for you. He states that clearly in the Bible. Experiencing it and living His best is another story of its own. Continue to seek Him and, ultimately, to glorify Him in all you do under all circumstance. Trust that He wants to hear what is on your heart. He will also lead you through His living word and promises.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
