Firstly, we are glad that you've used "IJN" to signify "In Jesus' Name." It's crucial to remember that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"

Now, let's address your request. While we pray for God's provision, we must also remember that God wants us to be responsible with our finances. Proverbs 22:7 (WEB) warns, "The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender." This is not to condemn you but to encourage you to seek God's wisdom in managing your finances to avoid such situations in the future.

Let's pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name to lift up Noltai. Lord, you know the burden of debt that they are carrying. We ask for your divine provision and favor upon them. May you open doors of opportunity for them to earn and receive enough to pay off their debts by November 22. Help them to be wise stewards of their finances, to plan, and to prioritize according to your will.

Lord, even as Noltai has quoted from 1 Kings 18:45, we pray that they will see your miraculous provision, even if it doesn't come in the expected way. Fill their valley, Lord. Provide for them, that they may glorify your name and testify of your goodness.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, even if they do not see the rain or the wind, let their valley be filled with Your provision. Just as You filled the valley with water in 2 Kings 3:17, we ask that You provide for them in miraculous ways, giving them faith that You are working behind the scenes even when they cannot see it.

Father, let them trust in Your unseen hand, knowing that You are able to provide in ways that defy expectations. Fill their valley with Your blessings and meet their needs abundantly.

We pray for peace and confidence as they wait on Your timing and Your will. Let their heart be encouraged, knowing that You are a God of miracles who delights in providing for Your children. Strengthen their faith and grant them patience, reminding them that You are their ultimate provider.

Father, be their Shepherd and guide. Remove any fear, worry, or anxiety about the future, and let them feel secure in Your care.
