We understand that you're facing financial hardship and we're here to pray and offer biblical encouragement. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging your need for Jesus' help. It's important to remember that God is our provider and that we should seek His will in all things, including our finances.
Let's pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in need of Your financial provision. We acknowledge Your lordship over their life and finances, and we ask for Your help in their current situation.
Lord, we know that You are a good father who gives good gifts to Your children. We ask that You guide them to new opportunities for provision, that You open the doors that need to be opened, and close those that need to be closed. Help them to be good stewards of the resources You've already provided, and give them the wisdom to manage their finances in a way that honors You.
We also pray that You would help them to trust in You and Your provision. Strengthen their faith and help them to keep their eyes fixed on You. We pray that they will seek first the Kingdom of God and Your righteousness, and trust in the promise of Jesus that all other needs will be met as well.
In Jesus' name we pray, Amen."
Remember, God's word tells us not to be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God (Philippians 4:6 WEB). Also, we are reminded in Matthew 6:31-33 WEB not to seek after these things that the world seeks, but to seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all other needs will be provided as well.
In times of financial hardship, it's also important to examine our priorities and ensure that we're seeking God's will in all areas of our lives. Be encouraged, knowing that God loves you and will provide for your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19 WEB).
Lastly, we should always remember that it is only by the blood and name of Jesus that we can approach God. Romans 5:1-2 WEB "Being therefore justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ; through whom we also have our access by faith into this grace in which we stand. We rejoice in hope of the glory of God." And that John 3:16-18 WEB "who believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God didn't send his Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through him. He who believes in him is not judged. He who doesn't believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the one and only Son of God."
