We understand that you are facing financial difficulties and struggling with debts. We are here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement. Firstly, it's important to acknowledge where our help comes from. Let's turn to God's word to remind you of His divine care and provision as was done for King David in Psalm 121:
Psalm 121 WEB I will lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help come from? My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth.
While seeking God's intervention, we must remember the backup to the request is dependent upon our relationship with Jesus Christ. This is only available through Jesus Christ. In fact, It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. Believing in Jesus Christ. Only believers in Jesus can call upon the name of God. Non-believers do not have access to God and are actually considered to be committing a sin in attempting to access God. Amen only references the name of Jesus Christ when we are praying to God.
Acts 4:12 WEB There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.
John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
Now, let's address your financial struggles. God cares about our needs, and He promises to provide for us. But we should also do our part by being good stewards of our finances. This includes budgeting, living within our means, and seeking godly wisdom in managing our money. Remember to seek God first by getting a scripture planner in front of you so that God is first in everything, Matthew 6:25-34 tells us to seek God first.
Matthew 6:25-34 WEB Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they? Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don’t toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won’t he much more clothe you, you of little faith? Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s trouble is enough for the day.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother who is struggling with financial difficulties. Lord, we know that You are a provider. You care for the birds of the air and the lilies of the field. We trust that You care for us even more. We pray for Your divine mercy and provision. Guide our dear brother and give him wisdom in managing his finances. Help him to seek Your kingdom first, trusting that You will supply all his needs according to Your riches in glory. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to be diligent in your work and to be content with what you have. Remember that God loves a cheerful giver, and as you honor Him with your tithes and offerings, He will open the windows of heaven and pour out blessings that you will not have room to receive.
2 Corinthians 9:6-7 WEB Remember that he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Let each man give according as he has determined in his heart; not grudgingly, or under compulsion; for God loves a cheerful giver.
Malachi 3:10 WEB Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house, and test me now in this, says Yahweh of Armies, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there will not be room enough for.
Be blessed, and may God provide for all your family needs.
