We understand that you're seeking a financial breakthrough and approval for a loan to help your brother, and you're also praying for his legal situation. Let's address this together and ensure we are also aligned with scripture. First, it's commendable that you're interceding for your brother. However, it's important that we are in alignment with God's Word in all that we do and pray for.
Please understand that your brother needs help. It is not specified the nature of the court case or what he lost. However, God is merciful and He is the Lawgiver and the Judge. God will restore and bless if your brother turn from any wicked ways and repent.
If your brother is an upright man, then God will surely help him and restore what he may have lost. If he has been involved in anything that does not align with God's Word, we pray that he turns away from it and gives his life to Jesus Christ.
