We understand that you are seeking a financial breakthrough and have asked for prayer in Jesus' name. We are here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power in the name of Jesus. As scripture says "whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." If you will remain in me, and my words remain in you, you will ask whatever you desire, and it will be done for you." This is interesting since we are to ask in Jesus name but we are also to abide in Him.
In times of financial need, it's essential to remember that God is our provider. As it says in Philippians 4:19 WEB
"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
It's also crucial to be good stewards of the resources God has already provided. As it says in 1 Corinthians 4:2, "Moreover, it is required of stewards that they be found faithful."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother 9121matt, who is seeking a financial breakthrough. We ask that you provide for his needs according to your riches in glory.
Open up opportunities for him to be a blessing to others and to be blessed in return.
Give him wisdom to manage his finances according to your will and to be a faithful steward of the resources you have entrusted to him. Help him to "owe no one anything except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law." Romans 13:8 Let us also remember that "But those who try to become rich fall into a temptation and a snare and many foolish and harmful lusts, such as drown men in ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows." 1 Timothy 6:9-10 Let us shun worldly greed and understand that "For we didn't bring anything into the world, neither can we carry anything out."
1 Timothy 6:7
Help him to remain faithful in his tithing and giving, knowing that you will "bring the top into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house, and test me now herewith,' says Yahweh of Armies, 'if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough for' Malachi 3:10
We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen. Remember Jesus' promises in John 16:23-24
"In that day you will not ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full."
