We are with you in spirit, S.D., and we stand with you in prayer regarding your financial situation. We commend you for your faith and acknowledgment that God can make a way where there seems to be no way. It is only in the name of Jesus that we can approach God the Father, and ask anything according to his will and it will be done. Jesus himself said "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full." We know your joys will be made full again.
Firstly, we want to encourage you with the words of God from Isaiah 43:18-19 WEB: "Do not remember the former things, and do not consider the things of old. See, I will do a new thing. It will spring out. Will you not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert." God is able to do a new thing in your life, and He can open up paths of financial provision that you may have never even considered before.
We understand it is difficult working two jobs. We want to remind you to rely on God and be patient. real patience is shown when bad things happen but keep reading. James 1:2-4 WEB "Consider it an opportunity for great joy, friends, whenever you face any kind of hardship. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be strong in character and ready for anything." We see God will indeed use our difficult times to mature us in Christ. This occurs so we can develop character and endurance to be ready when the blessings are released.
While you wait patiently, pay attention to the wars God provided to escape from the hardship. 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." God will always provide a way out of debt and will supply your ability to endure this season.
While we pray for God's provision, we also pray for God's guidance. We pray that God will give you the wisdom to manage your finances well and to make sound decisions that align with His will. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Always be willing to give God the glory for His supply of your needs.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today lifting up our brother S.D. in prayer. We thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness in his life. Lord, we ask that You would open up the windows of heaven and pour out a financial blessing into his life. Help his job to be a blessing. He may just need to claim your promise in Malachi 3:10 WEB "to Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house, and test me now in this," says Yahweh of Armies, "if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there will not be room enough for." We claim this promise specifically for S.D. now, and trust in You Jesus that this promise is true. We ask for complete deliverance from debt.
Give him the wisdom and discernment to manage his finances well Employment is Your provision so help him to be a manager of Your supply and enabled to give generously. Guide his steps desire of his heart is to honor You in all his ways. Strengthen him physically and spiritually as we work. Encourage him as he waits patiently on You.
We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen. Stay strong in the Lord Brother, and keep trusting in His promises.
