Let's address the issues you mentioned. First let's discuss money. Money is not evil but the love of money is. We are encouraged to put our trust in God not money. We are also encouraged to not have any debts.
For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows. 1 Timothy 6:10 WEB
Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law. Romans 13:8
We encourage you to make a plan to pay off these debts and live within your means. Trust God to supply your needs.
But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who is in need of financial breakthrough. We ask, in the name of Jesus, that You would open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing that he/she would not have room to receive. We rebuke the spirit of poverty and lack, and command it to leave in Jesus' name. We also ask that you give wisdom to manage the money you provide.
Next, let's address your travel plans. We are instructed to honor our parents, and by extension, our family. Your visit to encourage your family in their difficult period is commendable.
Honor your father and your mother, as Yahweh your God commanded you. Deuteronomy 5:16

Lord, we thank you for the opportunity to visit family and we ask for your protection whilst traveling. We pray against any plans of the enemy to disrupt the trip. We thank You for wisdom to speak words of encouragement and comfort to our brother/sister's family.
Lastly, let's address your health. We are encouraged to pray for the sick and they will be healed.
Is any among you sick? He should call for the elders of the assembly, and they should pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. James 5:14-15

Father, we ask for your healing touch upon our brother/sister's body. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity causing fever, cough, and body pain, and command it to leave in Jesus' name. We ask that You would restore health and strength, and bless with soundness of mind and body.
Remember, it is by Jesus' stripes that we are healed.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
