Frederick, we understand that you are seeking a financial breakthrough and a Canadian job visa for your daughter. We are here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the importance of seeking God's will in all things. The Bible tells us in Matthew 6:33. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. This means that when we prioritize our relationship with God and His will, we are far more likely to live according to His plans, and He is more likely to bless us with other things. Treating a job visa outside your country of residence as one of these other things, be impartial to staying or leaving. Make sure your heart is open as much to leaving as it is to staying. How is your outstanding walk with God? These things must come first.
Regarding financial breakthrough, the Bible encourages us to be content in all circumstances and to trust in God's provision. In Philippians 4:19, And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. We also recommend reading Philippians 4:11 which says Not that I speak according to need, for I have learned in whatever situation I am to be content. Although we must ask, it is our responsibility to be content with what we have.
Let's reflect on the first part of this verse, which says what things are we asking for? Is it God who is the most important or is it the things? 1 Timothy 6:6-10 reminds us that godliness with contentment is great gain. If we have food and clothing, we will be content with these. However, this does not mean that we cannot work. If anyone does not provide for his relatives, and especially for his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever. It goes on to say but if we have food and clothing, with these we will be content. But those who are determined to be rich fall into a temptation and a snare and many foolish and harmful lusts, such as drown men in ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows. Those who want to be fiduciaryly rich will never be content, inspiring us to focus on God and be wealthy in our attributes.
Concerning the job visa for your daughter, we want to ensure that her steps are directed by God. God has a plan for her life, and according to Proverbs 3:5-6, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. This is the way she should live, the same way all Christians should live. Pray for her to become a valuable member of society and an important person in the body of Christ. If this involves moving countries, work, and having a good living, God will certainly provide it. He is the one to open opportunities and doors for us. Although we make plans, we pray the outcome is not just her dreams but what is in God's will.
In response to anything for your daughter or yourself, it is important to pray in the name of Jesus. We do not have fame or God's attention by just being humans. It is only by Christ's divinity that we can come before. There is no other name by which anyone can be saved. Therefore God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name; that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
