Rumtisar, we understand that you're seeking deliverance from financial bondage and guidance for your relationships with your sons. Let's bring your situation before the Lord together, seeking His divine intervention and wisdom.
Firstly, we want to encourage you with these words from the Lord: "For I know the plans that I have for you,' says Yahweh. 'Plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB) God has a purpose and a plan for you and your sons, and He wants to give you hope and a future.
Regarding financial bondage, we must remember that God is our provider. As it is written, "But remember the LORD your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms his covenant, which he swore to your ancestors, as it is today." (Deuteronomy 8:18 WEB) Let us pray that God will break the chains of financial struggle and bless you with the ability to produce wealth according to His will.
As for your relationship with your sons, we encourage you to love them as God loves us. "Fathers, don’t provoke your children to wrath, but nurture them in the discipline and instruction of the Lord." (Ephesians 6:4 WEB) We pray that God will grant you wisdom to guide your sons in His ways, and that your relationship with them will be strengthened and filled with love, understanding, and godly instruction.
Let us pray together:
*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up Rumtisar and her sons. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in their financial struggles. Break the chains of bondage and provide for them abundantly, according to Your will. Help Rumtisar to be a wise and loving mother, guiding her sons in Your ways. Strengthen their relationships and fill their home with Your love, peace, and joy. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB) Keep praying and trusting, and God will see you through.
