We understand that you're seeking a financial blessing to facilitate your retirement, especially as you're facing challenges at your workplace. Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about our needs and He is our ultimate provider. As it is written in Philippians 4:19 WEB, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
However, we want to encourage you to continue working as long as you are able, as it is a godly practice. The Apostle Paul encourages us in 2 Thessalonians 3:10-12 WEB, "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat.' For we hear of some who walk among you in rebellion, who don't work at all, but are busybodies. Now those who are such, we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ, that with quietness they work, and eat their own bread."
Retirement is a modern concept and not biblical. However, we understand the challenges you are facing with management and the lack of respect. You will need to be patient and persevere as long as you are physically able. We will pray for your strength and endurance. The situation may not change until Jesus Christ returns or you find another job. It might be beneficial to start looking for a more suitable environment for someone with your experience. We encourage you to trust in God's timing and provision.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up Droewell. We ask for your comfort and strength during this challenging time at their workplace. We pray for their patience and endurance as well as for a new position where they are valued and appreciated. We ask for your financial provision so that they can plan for their future according to your will. Help them to be a godly example and testimony at their workplace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Droewell, remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Trust in him, and he will guide your path.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
