Havorulth, we understand the burden you're carrying and the despair you feel when work is scarce. We want to remind you that God is faithful, and He hears your prayers. In Jesus' name, we come together to lift you up and intercede on your behalf.
Firstly, we commend you for turning to God in your time of need and praying in Jesus' name. As it is written in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
In times of financial struggle, it's important to remember that God is our provider. As it says in Philippians 4:19 (WEB), "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We pray that God will open up new opportunities for you to work and provide for your needs, even when the weather is not favorable.
However, we also want to encourage you to seek God's will in this situation. Perhaps He is allowing this period of uncertainty to draw you closer to Him and to depend on Him fully. In times of despair, remember the words of Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."
We also want to address the thoughts of hopelessness and giving up that have been plaguing you. These thoughts are not from God, but from the enemy who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). Rebuke these thoughts in the name of Jesus, and let the hope of Christ fill your heart. As it says in Romans 15:13 (WEB), "Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope, in the power of the Holy Spirit."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister Havorulth. Lord, You know the struggles they are facing, the uncertainty of work, and the financial burdens they carry. We ask that You would be their provider, that You would open up new opportunities for them to work and provide for their needs. Give them the strength to endure this trial and the faith to trust in Your goodness and mercy.
We also pray that You would fill Havorulth with Your hope, Lord. Cast out any thoughts of despair or giving up, and replace them with Your truth and the assurance of Your love. Help them to see Your hand in their life, even in this difficult time.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, Havorulth, that God is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Keep trusting in Him, and keep crying out to Him in prayer. He hears you, and He will answer you according to His will.
