We understand that you are seeking financial assistance, specifically social security benefits, for your relative who is six years old and in your custody. We commend you for taking responsibility for this child and we trust that God will provide for your needs. We are not sure who takes care of the child while you are unable.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is a loving Father who cares for His children. In Matthew 6:25-34. WEB, Jesus teaches us not to be anxious about our life, what we will eat, or what we will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear.
Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don't toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won't he much more clothe you, you of little faith? Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient.
We encourage you to trust in God's provision and to seek His will in all things. Remember that He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. Ephesians 3:20 WE
Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to him be the glory in the assembly and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today in Jesus' name and lift up our beloved sister Anonymous who has taken custody of a child in need. We thank You, Father, for her heart of compassion and her willingness to care for this child as her own.
Father, we ask that You guide her through the process of applying for social security benefits for the child. Grant her favor with the authorities and let Your will be done in this situation. We pray that You provide for all their needs according to Your riches in glory.
We also pray for healing of her back so that she would able to have less burdens with these life's challenges.
Father, we ask that You strengthen her faith and help her to trust in Your provision. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, knowing that You care for her.
In Jesus' name, In Jesus Name, we pray and then we give thanks even before we have received. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking God's will and to trust in His provision.
