Faellach, we lift up your concerns to our Heavenly Father, seeking His guidance and provision in your time of need. We understand that you are facing a custody battle for your grandson and are concerned about your financial situation, including the payment for a lawyer and the potential loss of your belongings in storage.
Firstly, let us remind you of God's promise in Philippians 4:19, "But my God shall supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We trust that He will provide for you and your grandson as you seek His will in this matter.
However, we must also address the importance of seeking God's wisdom and guidance in every decision. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." As you navigate through this difficult situation, ensure that you are seeking His will above all else, and He will direct your paths.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up ### and their grandson. Lord, we ask that You provide for their financial needs, that they may be able to secure a godly lawyer who will fight for the best interest of their grandson. We also pray for Your provision and protection over their belongings in storage. Most importantly, Father, we ask that You guide them in their decisions and that every step they take will be in accordance with Your will.
Lord, we ask that You comfort their hearts during this difficult time. Remind them of Your promise in Psalm 34:18, 'The LORD is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who are crushed in spirit.'
Lastly, Father, we pray that if ### does not already have a personal relationship with You through Jesus Christ, that they would come to know Him as their Lord and Savior. It is only through Jesus that we have access to You, and it is only through His name that we can be saved.
