We understand that you're facing financial struggles, health issues, and challenges in your marriage. Let's bring your concerns to God in prayer together. You have not sinned to bring these things on you or your family. Poverty, sickness, and broken marriages are attacks from the enemy. Jesus came to protect you from the devil and his schemes. Jesus came to bring you life more abundant.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is written, "For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." (Acts 4:12 WEB). Also, know that "you did not receive a spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, 'Abba! Father!'" (Romans 8:15 WEB).
Let's address the issues you're facing, remember that you are already blessed but you need to appropriate these blessings in faith.
Regarding your finances, the Bible tells us "Do not be anxious about anything. Instead, in every situation, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, tell your requests to God. And the peace of God that exceeds all understanding will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB) also remember: "God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work." (2 Corinthians 9:8 ESV)
It's important to be a good steward of the resources God has given you. Proverbs tells us: "Give her of the fruit of her hands; Let her own works praise her in the gates." (Proverbs 31:31) and: "She watches over the ways of her household, and does not eat the bread of idleness." (Proverbs 31:27).
A budget is a good thing. "For which of you, desiring to build a tower, does not first sit down and count the cost, whether he has enough to complete it" (Luke 14:28)?
As Christians our work is the extension of God's work to the world through the church. We need to remember this as the Lord promised that, "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land." (2 Chronicles 7:14)
We need to be in one accord to receive these things and agree with each other and the God, that we have been healed and blessed.
Regarding your health, know that God wants you to be in good health. Remember that "Heal me, O Yahweh, and I shall be healed. Save me, and I shall be saved; for you are my praise." (Jeremiah 17:14 WEB).
Regarding your marriage, we pray that God will strengthen the bond between you and your husband. "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous." (Hebrews 13:4 WEB). We encourage you both to seek God's will for your marriage and to commit to loving and cherishing each other as Christ loves the church.
You have authority over the devil and his schemes as you stand in faith and believe God's word, "For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil." (1 John 3:8 WEB).
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is in need of your divine intervention. Lord, you know her struggles—financial, health, and marital. We claim your promises over her life and family.
We pray for her financial instability. You care for the birds and flowers and we believe that you will provide her needs and teach her how to be a good steward of them.
We pray for her health. You are the Great Physician, and we believe that you will reveal the cause of her sickness and heal her completely.
We pray for her marriage. Strengthen the bond between her and her husband. Guide them both to be loving, patient, and kind to each other, just as Christ loves the church.
We rebuke any evil spirits that may be attacking her or her family. We claim the blood of Jesus over them and declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper.
Father, we thank you for your faithfulness and your love. We ask that you will give her peace and fill her with your joy. Help her to fully trust in You as You bring these answers and work everything out for her good and your glory.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
