Kensem, we join you in your request for financial abundance and we stand with you in prayer. However, we want to remind you that God's provision is already promised in His word.
We are encouraged in the Bible in Matthew 6:31-33 WEB:
"Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
Also, in Philippians 4:19 WEB:
"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
These verses remind us that God knows our needs and He will supply them as we seek Him first and His righteousness. This doesn't mean we should not work or be diligent in our daily tasks, but our focus and trust should be in God, not in wealth or possessions. God desires obedience and relationship with us more than anything else.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up Kensem and their family. We pray that You will supply all their needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Help them to seek You first and Your righteousness, trusting in Your promise to provide. Give them wisdom in managing their finances and guide them in their endeavors. We rebuke any spirits of lack, poverty, or greed, and we declare Your abundance and provision over their lives in Jesus' name.
We were concerned that the request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. There is no other name by which we can be saved.
If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new. But all things are of God, who reconciled us to himself through Jesus Christ, and gave to us the ministry of reconciliation; namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to himself, not reckoning to them their trespasses, and having committed to us the word of reconciliation. We are ambassadors therefore on behalf of Christ, as though God were entreating by us: we beg you on behalf of Christ, be you reconciled to God. For him who knew no sin he made to be sin on our behalf; so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ and in Jesus' name. Amen
