Financial about my power bill and my life.

Hi I pay automatic payments to my power bill and they are requesting that I pay $###+ when I have automatic payments why would they say I owe them money. This is terrible and I’m phoning my power provider so they know I payed automatic payments. I hope God gets me through this as it’s terrible for me.
