We join with you, Kensem, in bringing your financial needs before the throne of grace, trusting in the name of Jesus Christ. We thank you for acknowledging the power in Jesus' name, as it is written, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." (John 14:13-14 WEB).
Firstly, let us remind you that God cares for you and your family's needs. In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus taught us not to be anxious about our lives, what we will eat, or what we will drink; nor about our bodies, what we will wear. He said, "Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns, and your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?" (Matthew 6:25-26 WEB).
However, remember that God's provision may not always come as a miraculous financial windfall. Often, He provides through the work of our hands. Paul taught the early Christians, "If anyone will not work, neither let him eat." (2 Thessalonians 3:10 WEB). So, let us pray for opportunities, wisdom, and strength to work and provide for your family.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother Kensem and his family. We ask that You meet their financial needs according to Your riches in glory. Open doors of opportunity for them, give them wisdom to manage their resources, and strength to work diligently. Help them to be content in all circumstances, remembering that Your grace is sufficient for them. May this situation draw them closer to You, trusting in Your provision and goodness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, Kensem, continue to trust in God, even if your prayers are not answered as quickly or in the way you hope. God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB). He is working all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB).
