Ekkoptoras, we are truly sorry to hear about the financial struggles you and your family are facing. First, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of your life, including your finances. In Matthew 6:31-33 WEB, Jesus says, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
We must also address the fact that debt is spoken of in the Bible. In Romans WEB 13:08 "Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law."
Coming together in Jesus' name, we pray for you and your family.
One of the most encouraging verses about a cry to God regarding finances is the following:
And the Lord restored the fortunes of Job, when Job had prayed for his friends. Indeed the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before.
Job WEB 42:10
So, let's pray together for you and your family:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today, lifting up Ekkoptoras and their family. Lord, you know the burden of debt they are facing, and you care about their every need. We pray for your comfort and peace to surround them during this challenging time, in Jesus name. Please, according to your perfect will for their lives provide them with jobs and other resources including counsel and guidance during this challenging time that can appreciated and used in accordance with your principles in Jesus name.
We pray for wisdom and guidance, Lord. Give Ekkoptoras wise counselors who can help them make sound financial decisions. Open doors for opportunities that will help them pay off their debts and regain financial stability. Help them to keep away from materialism and exercise being satisfied with the things that you have given us in the way of material possessions, in Jesus name.
And, most importantly, Lord, draw Ekkoptoroas and their family closer to you during this time. Remind them of your unfailing love and faithfulness. Help them to seek your kingdom first, trusting that you will provide for all their needs. Through Christ we pray.
You are not alone in this, you have the Lord and he will not forget you. Stay strong in faith and obedience. Sometimes God lets us get into difficultly to test us for growth. We pray that you stand fast. God is your fortress and deliverer and He will save you from these financial difficulties.
In challenging times like this, we encourage all members of the family in practical endeavors to help out as possible so that even if there are debts someone has acquired or caused that all can and should help out. It means often mature and younger, all need to assist. If there are moments of sloth by any member of the family it should be rebuked and told that this inactivity should only be allowed if a doctor has decided that the person is not able to do such activities. Sloth is the exact opposite of what the Bible teaches. Remember too that that our bodies are the living temple of God and that our bodies too are not only our own for making independent decisions but if others can benefit from our help we must extend such help. Helping others in this case a family absolves one's self from the sin of sloth. A main verse proving this is the verse I Corinthians, WEB 15:58, "Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the Lord's work, because you know that your labor is not in vain".
God's correction can often come to us by way of disruptive situations or through a suffering which the only real and lasting remedy is Jesus for without Jesus permission this kind of painful lesson could not be learned without Jesus gentle guiding correction and only because He has plan and purpose to lead us back into His fellowship. God's will is ultimately that whatever possible we can do we do not sin and that none perish and that everybody ultimately comes back into His fellowship. Jesus our saviour has the road to salvation written on His heart.
Our God has the whole world in His hands and He intimately knows each and every person. Believe that our God is involved with your life and that He wants to save you and help you, Remember that Jesus died for your sins. You are special for Him to have provided that.
May God grant you the serenity, strength, and patience to endure this trial. We are praying for you, Splinteredfractured, and your family. Stand firm in your faith and stay connected with God, for he will never leave you nor forsake you. If you have not accepted Jesus as your saviour please do so now. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
John 14:6. We pray this in Jesus Name and according to the united and the individual revelations provided through Jesus. We pray that you too will be able to specifically claim Jesus as your Saviour. Let the others who are praying for you know and we will also celebrate and rejoice for you. We hope and pray that you will join with us in Jesus Name.
