Eraborg, we join with you in prayer regarding the employment situation for Kathy. We understand that you are seeking God's provision for her in this area, and we stand in agreement with you.
Firstly, we remind you of the importance of aligning our requests with the will of God. In Matthew 6:33, the World English Bible (WEB) says, "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." As we pray for Kathy's employment, we prioritize God's kingdom and His righteousness, trusting that He will provide for her needs.
However, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is essential to remember that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Therefore, we encourage you to pray in the name of Jesus, as it is the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB).

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, strength, and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.
God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. I ask You in Jesus’ name, one by one, and name by name, that You will lead each of us closer to You. Save those who stand in need of salvation. Heal those who stand in need of healing.
