However, it is also important to address the adjustments you have made in the workplace. In Ephesians 428 WEB, it is written, Let him who stole steal no more, but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing that is good, that he may have something to give to him who has need. If you have taken funds that are not yours, we strongly encourage you to repent of this and make right your actions according to the Bible. Take heart, for God is forgiving and full of grace to those who are truly repentant and turn from their ways.
Regarding your friend Richard, we are instructed in Proverbs 1320 WEB, He who walks with wise men will be wise, but he who keeps company with fools will be broken. It is important to pray for Richard, that God will guide him in his paths and surround him with godly influences. However, it is not our place to dictate who he should be with, but rather to pray that God's will be done in his life. In 1 Corinthians 59-13 WEB, we are instructed to avoid company with immoral people, but it is not stated that Richard is involved with anyone immorally. We pray that any adjustments made will be corrected and made right in accordance with Your will. Keep him safe from insults and guide him according to Your will. Protect him and his workplace from any harm or evil intentions. Help him to work without fear until his retirement.
We also lift up Richard Dharmdas to You, Lord. Guide him in his paths and surround him with godly influences. We pray that Your will be done in his life and that he will walk in Your ways. Help Loroinxunvor to be a supportive friend, but let Richard make righteous decisions for himself.
