We are grateful for your prayer request, Chuinorurdion, and we stand with you in bringing these supplications before the Lord.
Firstly, we rejoice in your desire to reconnect with your family and grow closer together. This is a godly aspiration, as the Bible tells us to "Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honor preferring one another" (Romans 12:10 WEB). We pray that God will heal any brokenness in your family and draw you all closer to Him and to each other. Remember, "If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand" (Mark 3:25 WEB).
Regarding your finances, we pray that God will provide for your needs according to His riches in glory. Remember that God knows your needs and cares for you, as Jesus said, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well" (Matthew 6:31-33 WEB).
We also join you in praying for the poor, homeless, and sick. God's heart is for the needy, and He commands us to care for them. "For there will never cease to be poor in the land. Therefore I command you to open your hand to the poor and needy brother, in your land" (Deuteronomy 15:11 WEB). We pray that God will use us as His hands and feet to bless them and alleviate their suffering.
We are glad that you acknowledged the power of Jesus' name in your prayer, fulfilling the Lord's instruction in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
As for unity and harmony, we pray that God will help us to love one another, as Jesus said, "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another" (John 13:34-35 WEB).
Lastly, we pray that God will reveal His will to us and fill us with His Holy Spirit. As the Psalmist said, "Teach me to do your will, for you are my God. Your Spirit is good. Lead me in the land of uprightness" (Psalm 143:10 WEB).
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Chuinorurdion and their family. We pray for healing, reconciliation, and unity among them. Provide for their financial needs, Lord, so that they may be able to visit their boys more often and be present for their family.
Lord, we also lift up the poor, homeless, and sick. Touch their souls, Lord, and reveal Your will to us. Fill us with Your Holy Spirit, so that we may seek You only and do the job You desire from us. Decrease us, Lord, and increase Your Holy Spirit in us.
Help us to love one another, Lord, as Jesus loved us. Help us to coexist in unity and harmony, exalting the name of Jesus in all we do.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
