I have been without a job for almost a year, I need to find a job with benefits. I collected unemployment for 6 months and I am running out of money to pay my mortgage, car and utilities. I have to wait until January to apply for unemployment again. I need prayers for a company to see how much experience I have and give me an opportunity and hire me, it has been really hard for me to get a job.

We understand the distress you're facing, Ylfa, and we want to assure you that God cares about every aspect of your life, including your job search and financial struggles. We will pray and seek God's will together with you.

Firstly, let's remember that God is our provider, and He promises to supply all our needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19, WEB). Even in your job search, trust that God has a purpose and a plan for you.

However, we want to address the fact that your request does not mention Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to God, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB). In your prayers, make sure to approach God in Jesus' name, believing in His power to transform your situation.

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister Ylfa. Lord, You know her struggles and the distress she's facing due to unemployment. We ask that You open the right doors for her and grant her favor in the eyes of potential employers. Help them to see her experience and give her an opportunity to work and provide for her needs. In the meantime, Lord, stretch her resources and help her to manage her finances wisely. Grant her peace, patience, and perseverance as she waits for Your divine intervention. We encourage you, Ylfa, to continue seeking God, trusting in His timing, and leaning on His understanding. Meditate on His word and let it guide you. As it is written, "Be still, and know that I am God" (Psalm 46:10, WEB). Trust that God is working behind the scenes for your good and His glory.
