Final Interview in 1 Hour, Today, Thursday at 10AM to 10:30. I ask for favor and ability to study interview questions and have smooth responses. Help me get my questions answered as well (so I can be certain it's a good fit). Ability to Interview well online: Technical Excellence, Clear Communication, Steady Internet Speed. Let's approach God's throne with confidence, as we are instructed in Hebrews 4:16, "Let’s therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need."

Firstly, we commend you for asking in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6).

We pray that the Lord will grant you the ability to study and understand the interview questions, and that He will give you wisdom and discernment to ask the right questions to ensure the role is a good fit (James 1:5). We ask for technical excellence, clear communication, and a steady internet connection during your online interview, as you have requested.

As Psalm 5:12 states, "For you, Lord, will bless the righteous. You will surround him with favor as with a shield." We claim this favor over your interview, that the panel will be hospitable and that you will find grace in their sight (Proverbs 3:4).

We also pray for:
- Alertness, as Ephesians 6:18 encourages us to be watchful with perseverance and supplication.
- Confidence, as shown by Stephen, who was full of faith and of the Holy Spirit (Acts 6:5).
- Wisdom, as Jesus instructed His disciples to be wise as serpents, and harmless as doves (Matthew 10:16).

Lastly, we encourage you to trust in the Lord's plan for your life. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."

Lord, we ask for Your favor to surround them like a shield, as Your Word says, “Surely, Lord, You bless the righteous; You surround them with Your favor as with a shield” (Psalm 5:12). May Your divine favor be upon them throughout the entire process.

Father, we pray for clarity and the ability to study the interview questions thoroughly, giving them the wisdom to respond with smooth and thoughtful answers. Your Word tells us, “Be wise as serpents and innocent as doves” (Matthew 10:16), and we pray that they may answer wisely and confidently.

Lord, we also ask for technical excellence, clear communication, and a steady internet connection during this online interview. May they be alert and focused, as Your Word says, “And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert” (Ephesians 6:18). Grant them confidence, as it was said of Stephen, “He was full of faith and of the Holy Spirit” (Acts 6:5).

Father, we ask that their questions are answered, so they may have discernment about whether this opportunity is a good fit. May Your will be done in their life, and may they find peace and guidance throughout this process. In Jesus’ mighty Name, we pray. Amen.
