We are truly sorry to hear about the ongoing struggle with your husband's surgical wound. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's healing and provision in this challenging time.
Firstly, we want to commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name and His precious blood. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we find salvation and healing. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your healing touch for our brother. Lord, You know the struggle and the pain that he has been enduring. You know the financial burden that this wound has caused. We ask, Lord, that You fill the cavity of his surgical wound completely. Cover it with the precious blood of Jesus, and let it be closed quickly and completely. Command his body to heal and be restored, in the name of Jesus.
Father, we also pray for Your provision. We ask that You supply their every need according to Your riches in glory. Help them to trust in You, even in this difficult time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
In this time of need, hold firmly to the promise in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Be encouraged in knowing John 15:16 WEB. "You didn’t choose me, but I chose you and appointed you, that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain; that whatever you will ask of the Father in my name, he may give it to you." It is by His stripes that you and your husband are healed.
Lastly, remember the words of James 5:14-15 WEB, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." Seek prayer and support from your local church community, as they can provide additional spiritual support and guidance during this time.
Stand firm in faith, and trust in the Lord. He is faithful to His promises, and He will see you through.
