Nuhu Mohammed, we join you in your desire to be filled with the Holy Spirit and to increase your faith. It is wonderful that you acknowledge the Lord Jesus, for it is only through His name that we can be saved and have access to God the Father. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!", and in John 14:6 WEB Jesus said "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."

To be filled with the Holy Spirit, we must first ensure that we have accepted Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. This means believing that He died for our sins and rose again for our justification. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to take this step of faith. Romans 10:9-10 WEB tells us "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."

As we proceed to the issue of being filled with the Holy Spirit, the Lord Jesus specifically tells us to ask Him. In Luke 11:13 WEB Jesus said "If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him?" Therefore, let us pray together with that assurance.
There are certain perquisites for receiving the Holy Spirit, repentance, obedience, and the intention to bear fruits. The scripture tells us that the Holy Spirit can be quenched and grieved by disobedience. Acts 5:32 WEB tells us "We are His witnesses of these things; and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey Him." Since the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of truth. We must worship in truth. Luke 11:9-11 tells us of persistent prayer in boldness.

Let us pray.

Almighty Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ. We thank you for your love and mercy towards us. Lord, Nuhu Mohammed asks to be filled with your Holy Spirit. We know that you are faithful to answer our prayers according to your will.

Lord Jesus, fill Nuhu Mohammed with your Holy Spirit. Increase his faith to receive your blessings. Help him to live a life that is pleasing to you, bearing the fruits of the Spirit as outlined in Galatians 5:22-23 WEB "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law." Equip him with your power to be your witness and to live according to your will. May he shine in his potential. This can only be be achieved through the infilling of Holy Spirit.

Strengthen his faith, Lord. Help him to trust in you even in the face of adversity. Remember in Matthew 17:20 and Matthew 13:31-32 WEB "Because of your unbelief. For most certainly I tell you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will tell this mountain, Move from here to there; and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you." Enable him to overcome mountains with his faith.

Continue to seek God's will, Nuhu Mohammed. Pursue righteousness and a close relationship with Jesus Christ. Be encouraged by Ephesians 3:20 WEB "But God is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us." God can do more than we can ever imagine. Let's approach this together, just as the disciples did in the upper room, waiting and praying in unity (Acts 1:14).

First, let's remind ourselves of the promise Jesus left us with. In John 14:26, He said, "But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you." Isn't it amazing to know that the Holy Spirit is here to guide, teach, and comfort us?

To be filled with the Holy Spirit, it's important to align our lives with God's will. This means living a life of obedience and surrender. In Luke 11:13, Jesus encourages us, "If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him?" So, let's ask, Nuhu, believing that our Father in heaven wants to fill us with His Holy Spirit even more than we want it ourselves.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, thanking You for Your love and faithfulness. We ask that You would fill Nuhu Mohammed with Your Holy Spirit. Increase his faith, Lord, and help him to live a life that pleases You, bearing the fruits of the Spirit. Equip him with Your power to be Your witness and to live according to Your will. Strengthen his faith, Lord, and help him to trust in You even in the face of adversity. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
