We commend you for recognizing the spirits of pride, arrogance, and fear at work in your life and for declaring that only Jesus is Lord, God, and King. This is the first step in spiritual warfare—being aware of the enemy's schemes and standing firm in the truth of Christ's lordship. As it is written in Ephesians 6:11 WEB, "Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil."
Pride and arrogance are sins that can hinder our relationship with God and others. They elevate self above others and God, which is contrary to the humility that Christ modeled for us. Fear, on the other hand, can paralyze us and prevent us from living out the faith that God has given us. It is important to remember that "God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB)
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Paisteerport who is battling against the spirits of pride, arrogance, and fear. We thank You that Paisteerport has acknowledged that only Jesus is Lord, God, and King. We ask that You strengthen Paisteerport's faith and resolve to stand against these enemies of the soul.
Father, we pray that You humble Paisteerport's heart and fill them with Your Spirit, so they may shine for You. Remind them and us that "He guides the humble in what is right. He teaches the humble his way." as stated in Psalm 25:9 WEB. As for the fear, Lord, we ask You to uproot it and replace it with Your perfect love, for "There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear has punishment. He who fears is not made perfect in love." (1 John 4:18 WEB). We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, who died on the cross to set us free from sin and death.
Paisteerport, continue to fight the good fight of faith. Stay rooted in the Word of God and in prayer. Remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). You are not alone in this battle. God is with you, and so are we, your brothers and sisters in Christ.
Keep growing in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen. (2 Peter 3:18 WEB)
